Hello, my name is Dana DeLong Wenzell, and I am an affiliate broker with Westbrook Legacy Realty, proudly serving the greater Tri-Cities region of Tennessee. I specialize in residential real estate, first-time buyers, and investment properties.

Originally from Silicon Valley, I’ve relocated across the country for myself and family, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with moving to a new area. As a real estate investor, I’ve purchased and managed properties in both California and Tennessee, which has fueled my passion for real estate and home construction. I also spent over 20 years as a woman-owned flooring contractor, gaining a strong understanding of construction, remodeling, design, and craftsmanship. Earlier in my career, I worked in legal and analytical roles related to real property transfers, which sharpened my attention to detail and commitment to service.

Outside of real estate, I stay active and grounded through church and Bible study, gardening, interior and garden design, sewing, and playing club/USTA tennis and pickleball. I live on a small farmette with two doodles, a feral cat, and three hens, and I love entertaining friends and family in my home.
