Experience you can trust
You Can Count on Me!
Specializing in residential properties, first-time homebuyers, and land, while remaining open to all property types, Caroline Conley Buck is a Jonesborough native with deep roots in the Tri-Cities community. A fourth-generation member of her family’s farm, Sayland Dairy, Caroline was raised with a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community and service.
She is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee. For the past ten years, Caroline served the Tri-Cities as a kindergarten teacher, an experience that honed her patience, clear communication style, attention to detail, and ability to guide others confidently through important milestones, skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.
Real estate also runs deep in Caroline’s family. Both of her grandparents were long-standing, respected realtors, and she grew up watching and often helping them build lasting client relationships. That early exposure instilled in her a client-first mindset rooted in integrity, trust, and dedication.
Caroline began her real estate career in 2017 and is now proudly affiliated with Westbrook Legacy Realty. She is known for building genuine relationships, listening carefully to her clients’ needs, and working diligently to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her deep knowledge of the Tri-Cities area allows her to help clients find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home.
Deeply invested in her community, Caroline is an active member of Boones Creek Christian Church. She and her husband, Adam, live in Gray with their three daughters, Gabriella, Camilla, and Conley. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols!).
