Bonnie serves Carter, Unicoi, Sullivan, and Washington counties. Specializing in Investment, luxury, and commercial properties, with seven years in the industry and a reputation for honesty and integrity, she’s known for her ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and move projects forward with clarity and confidence. Partnering with her husband, a builder, Bonnie offers a turnkey approach that blends real estate, construction, and renovation. She helps clients locate the ideal land for a new home build, transform fixer-uppers into profitable investments, and renovate existing homes into personalized, custom living spaces.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys landscaping, roller skating, and taking the side-by-side into the mountains with her husband Brad and daughters, Rose and Ruby.
